Join me for Yoga Outside with Sharon on the lawn beneath the trees in Seminary Oaks Park, Menlo Park, Ca. Enjoy an All-Level, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow to greet the day and start your weekend. Donations are greatly appreciated at the suggested rate of $15-$20, but if you are a person in financial need, please come. No one will ever be turned away for lack of funds.
